I recently returned to Park Place Dental Group in North Natomas after several years away, and I’m so grateful for the care I received from Dr. Kabooty and Assistant Harini. I had previously had a root canal elsewhere, but a crown was never placed, and the tooth eventually broke. When I came back in, Dr. Kabooty helped me right away, placed a crown, and worked with me on a plan to get back on track with my dental health, including additional needed care. What meant the most to me was how kind and understanding everyone was. I explained that over the past few years, I had gone through several difficult losses, including putting down my 16-year-old dog and two deaths that deeply affected my family. My teeth had taken a backseat, and I was nervous about feeling judged. Instead, I felt completely supported. The attitude was simply, “We’re glad you’re here now. Let’s take care of it.” Harini was absolutely wonderful: warm, friendly, gentle, and so easy to talk to. Her chair-side manner made the whole experience feel much less stressful. Dr. Kabooty was direct, professional, and efficient, but still warm and welcoming, which I really appreciated. I left feeling cared for, not criticized, and genuinely thankful to have found my way back to this office. I highly recommend Park Place Dental Group.

Dr. Rho and Dina have helped guide me through a lot of necessary work, prioritizing what was most important and now I have a pain-free smile I am happy with for the first time in years.
